Fresh flowers are the best but they aren't always practical. Quality 'silks' look almost as good and need much less attention. The colours and varieties of our silk flowers are amazingly close to nature. You can mix and match colours just like you would with fresh ones.

These heathers have been dyed to bring extra colour into the home and garden. It's commonly done in Holland and Germany but takes a bit of getting used to. The dyes are vegetable based and after several weeks wash away leaving a normal heather plant.

The rain and cool weather has helped the heather crop to look fresh, colourful and full of promise.The foliage varieties are showing off at the same time as many flowering ones are in bud and flower - a great time to choose varieties to complement one another.
